Many entrepreneurs visited our "K"ampus in 2007.

A brief about their visits has been mentioned here.

July 7, 2007: In what proved to be an inspirational session, Nagesh K Banchhor - an Alumnus of IIM Kozhikode, shared his experiences of starting a Coaching Institute, ProC. Nagesh gave a brief overview on the kind of grass root problems he encountered during the process. Queries from budding entrepreneurs from the current batches were answered in detail. Nagesh also had one-to-one sessions with a few students cum entrepreneurial aspirants to discuss their respective business plans. On a final note, he highlighted the fact that an MBA degree helped him network effectively with key people in the coaching industry.

A humble personality and a person with dogged determination, Nagesh has turned the venture a success in a short span. His success story has inspired and encouraged students from both the batches to take on the challenge of starting a new venture. For more info about Nagesh and his venture, visit http://www.proceducation.com/

Aug 8, 2007: Rishi Das, the founder of Career Net consulting shared his experiences of starting a recruitment firm amidst huge competition from the likes of Naukri.com, Monster etc. He explained how the company differentiated itself from the other players with the kind of services it offered. Mr Rishi brought in many innovative ideas in a business domain which until now seemed saturated. The strategic insights and long term plans of the company that were offered during the session reinstated the fact that it takes hard work, self-belief, a good team and above all a strong business strategy to be successful in any venture.
