Try keeping gas to the minimum n more of practical things from which we learn.
You can also talk to marketing companies and ask them to outsource their work which would be hands on for our junta.
N try making a platform where PGP11/PGP12 interaction increases n we learn from each other.

I think you are bang on in identifying the objectives for the current year.
A few suggestions:
- We could have a few live projects for companies. The companies just need to tell us what they need from us and then people can apply for these projects. They can select the team of students they want through a telephonic interview maybe or they could even be convinced to come down here for the same. This happens in IIM B. This could be a good start even if we could get one project for the coming year. This will help both students as well as companies and also help us get more companies for placements.
- Make the sessions more interesting somehow to get students on campus more involved. Atleast for PGP12
- Could have some case studies/paper presentations during the year as just one off events. Could invite other B-schools also for the same. This would be other than our main events like BW, Horizons.
- Develop a new innovative marketing game for the next BW, something which hasn't been done before!!
I know everything cannot be done...but just a few thoughts
